Order Processing Time:
Typically, orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are usually processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders received after this time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Dispatch and Shipping:
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and destination. You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

• Scottish Islands and the Republic of Ireland – 2 Days
• Europe – 3-5 Days – Customs and local courier restrictions may apply.

Eligibility for Returns:

Conditions for Returns:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accompanying documentation, and in unused and unopened condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of peptides or other consumables that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Return Process:

2. Return Authorisation: Our team will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Shipping the Return: Securely package the item(s) and include any provided documentation. Ship the package to the address specified by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

4. Processing the Return: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as appropriate. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Important Notes:

• All returns must be authorised by Vitalyn Biotech prior to shipping. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
